Hi everyone,
I have been waiting for the day when it's my turn to share my good news - and that day is TODAY!!
See my summarised timeline below:
April 12 2019 - Case receipt date
August 23 2019 - Request for evidence (photo)
September 4 2019 - RFE received
September 10 2019 - SR raised for case being out of processing time
September 11 2019 - SE assigned to officer for response
September 12 2019 - New card being produced
I tried to expedite twice directly with USCIS and via congressmen last month - both denied without opportunity to submit evidence. I do feel that getting the congressmen to help brought attention to my case - but you can never be sure!
Hang in there guys - I know it's easier said then done but when you finally get that message it is ABSOLUTE BLISS!!!!
