Im so happy My case was officially approved yesterday for those still waiting please dont give up i know its hard but the blessing would come at it own and right time.
May 12 2017 Case received
June 2017 Biometrics
June 29 2017received RFE
Sept 06 2017 uscis started working on my case again
sept 21 2017 received EAD and interview was schedule
October 31 2017 interview
Nov 1 2017 i-130 was approved only
*all 2018 since they only approved my i130 my lawyer set lots of info pass to find out what was going on since we were told we were approved at the time of interview but their answer was that my case was under review we waited whole year with the same answer every month but in December 2018 we finally found out that my case was approved a year ago according to the officer that did the interview but we never got that update.
Dec 06 2018 request for new medical
Dec 11 2018 They received new medical
jan 07 2019 i485 was approved and card its in production
it was a long journey but it was so worth it to be able to go across the border and finally see my family
