Finally!!! Approved without interview - San Jose Field Office
Hi!
EB1, Brazilians, I485 (my wife's and mine) filed on November 2019 (receipt date: 11/7/19). San Jose Field Office.
Fingerprints on December 2019.
RFE's (medical exams) sent in April 2020.
Wife filed for I485-J (changed jobs) in June 2020.
Received another RFE (only for wife) on January 2021 requesting W2's, Paystubs, 1040's, and employment verification letters from the current and previous job. Sent all the docs on 2/16/21 (last week).
Yesterday (2/23/21) the status of both of our I485's changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" and today (2/24/21) a few minutes ago the status changed to "Case Was Approved" for both of our applications!!! No interviews!!
And we can't stop celebrating!!!
Be patient! It's been a ride!!!
