RD mid May
My current work permit was expiring sep first week so requested congressman to expedite July end.....They raised request same day..
No response at all for 2 and half weeks and then USCIS replied saying request is denied as of 2nd week of Aug since there is one month time for current work permit to expire so asked to raise request again 2 weeks before the expiry date....
Was worried it will be too late if congressman request expedite again just 2 weeks before so I decided to raise expedite request myself calling USCIS in Aug 3rd week....Got mail from USCIS to send documents proof for expedite next day..Sent proofs next day..Next day status changed to RFE documents received and expedite request assigned to officer for review.
Exactly after 9 days status changed to card is being produced!!!
Hoping no further delays and I get EAD in hand atleast by next week.....AP status still shows case received...
