Got some great news this morning!

Expedite: 2/12/20
RFE(long-form of birth certificate): 2/14/20
Response to RFE:2/24/20
RFE received by Uscis:2/26/20
Contacted to Ombudsman: 3/9/20
2nd expedite: 3/12/20
Ready to be scheduled for an interview: 3/20/20
I-765 new card is being produced: 3/24/20
A few hours later I-131 and I-765 approved
From my experience, I can tell that to request expedite made faster to have RFE. And contacted to Tier 2 officer and to Ombudsman made faster to get EAD.
