Finally my mom made it through the Visitor Visa
Hi all,

Thank you for all the answers you share.
Here's my story short.
Sponsored my mom (widow) 1st time, rejected under 214b even though my brother and Sil are living along with my mom in india.
This time, made changes :
1. 6months duration to 3months.
2. Self Sponsored
3. Sent all the savings i made to her account, got the bank statement.
4. Got the Notary certificate made for all the property and savings she had.
5. NOC from my brother.
6. Took a translator like last time, telugu.

My mom recieves rent from a a portion of her home, pension from my dad's job. she's a home maker.

She was asked Q's like below
1. Who's in US
2. Who's sponsoring
3. Where do you stay
4. How long have you been staying in that house
5. is that in a posh area
6. how long you want to stay in US
after all this, they didnt ask for any documents !!!
We told her to be bold, loud and confident. Because my mom is very soft like all our moms are :) ... so we told her please be loud, even though it might seem you're shouting please do. This gives an impression that u're not lying and talking to urself which most of clients say to me.
Then came the golden words...
Its approved and will be mailed in a week.

Thanks All...
