I just cross the finish line last Fri. Mar.13.2020 at 03.33 PM I received TXT message on my phone from USCIS The new card in produce for I 485. I am so happy.
Time line.
May. 08.2019 send all applications I 130,i 765,i485 no medical. Fail through lawyer.
PD date May.13.2019
No RFE
Sep. 05.2019 we schedule your interview for AOS I 485
Nov.04 new card in produce EAD
Nov.07 card delivered.
Dec.20.2019 we schedule you interview for AOS I 485
Jan.03.2020 NOA for AOS I 485 set for Jan.27.2020 ATL field office.
Jan.27.2020 07.45 am interview.
Experience with IO : She was ok, no friendly but no rude. Real professional IO.
No mean questions was ask. Just routine as you can read from other posts.
Only problem was with my medical, doctor forger to X a vaccinations waiver.
So She give it to us a white paper with 120 days for review.
Jan.28.2020 I 130 Form approve.
Feb.14.2020 received RFE for update medical.
Feb.15.2020 send a response for RFE
Mar.13.2020 SMS from USCIS case update; We order a new card for i485
Mar. 17.2020 SMS from USCIS case update. We approve you I 485
Now I just wait for my GREEN CARD.
All process took exactly 10 Mnt.
