Hello, my form I-864 was returned, they asked for my husband's w2s and said he should fill I-864 again. Meanwhile we filed our tax return jointly, so while filing the form, what will I write as my husband's income? The tax return AGI for both of us is 58,129. for his w2, he made on his $27,000. we are confused on what to write as the annual income on the I-864. They said they couldn't understand who filed the previous one and asked us to resubmit it with the W2s.
