I received a letter to that I have been denied the adjustment of status( because I didn't add affidavit of support )But the letter stated I could fill form 290B within a stated period and it will be reopened.
They also stated I should return my work permit to the local office.
I filed with my petition with my kids (now the step children of husband)
I received a letter for them regarding their medical which had expired.But the letter said I should recieve another letter regarding the next direction, whether to bring the new medical forms for interview or post it.
I am worried.what is likely to happen.?
