Hello everyone,
Can someone help me by sharing his or her experience with me. My lawyer filed form EIOR on my behalf and it was received by the appeals board on May 7th 2001 and since then I have not heard from them . How long does it take for them to take a decision on my appeal. Anyone with such experience should please share how it was responded to. Also did you have work authorization when your appeal was in process. Thank you,
