Hi everyone I need help and hopefully someone has a answer for me
On may of 2018 I sent my apps to adjust my status through marriage, we’ve been waiting long time on November of this year we got a letter with a notice of interview I was excited one week after they sent me a new letter canceling the interview I was mad sad , so with the notice that interview was canceled we call to talk with tier 2 and thy said it was a mistake and the confirm that it wouldn’t be interview. We are in NYC
So today I got a letter from USCIS. DENYING MY CASE ( I-130 and I-485) because I didn’t appear for the interview so I’m freaking out now because they cancelled the interview and now they are denying my case because I didn’t appear ????????IM CONFUSE they say I can fill out a I-290B form.
I don’t know what will happen with me with my EAD and SSN
Are they gonna deport me ( because the letter of the denying technically is telling I have to Leave USA )
Anybody happened this what can I do ? Please🙏 I need answers 😞 :(
