Please I need urgent help.
I am filing for my wife and stepchild who are already here in the US.
I know for my wife I have to fill the form
i-130 i-130A, i-765,i-485 and pay $1,760 as filing fees.
My confusion is, do I need to fill i-130 and i-485 for my step-child as well?
And pay $1,285(i130-$535) or only. (i485-$750)
Please help me out.
