From I130 to I360 Timeline
Hello everyone my case is very difficult but I really need the support. Here’s my timeline
3/22/2018 Pd concurrent filing i130,i485,i131,i765
4/24/2018 did my biometrics
4/18/2018 date of letter for RFE are: i485 ( we did not submit i864)
7/13/2018 submit i360 and respond to RFE (request previous i765 & i131 added to new petition)
08/06/2018 received Prima Facie
08/28/2018 They began working on my case again
01/25/2019 case was transferred to another office
01/25/2019 case was received at my local office
01/28/2019 case was transferred and a new office as jurisdiction
01/29/2019 notice of representation was updated
When I receive the transfer letter in the mail it said that ‘in order to speed up processing we transferred the petition’ so the transferred my petition from NBC to VSC. They transferred the i765,i131,i485
And I still haven’t received my EAD or AP and based off everything that happened after doing a service request in September I was told because of the RFE in April my petition was put on hold until Aug when it was rectified so I guess those months didn’t count and I should start count as of Aug 28 so I’ve become a Aug filter I guess.
