INTERVIEW schedule for Today: 26th April 2019.
I.O said I overstayed my Visa. How is that possible?
I-94 expires 16th January 2019. My B1/B2 Visa expires January 2020
Been Married For Almost 4 years Now. 4th visit to America since after marriage.
Plus Oficer said we ought to have been filling tax Returns together since 2015.
Just got my socials in February this year and have never worked in the U.S and never over stayed.
Any advice or suggestions of what to do?
He said I should expect an RFE next week on this issues raised.
