I started to gather all the relevant documentation advised by my lawyer and also posted it here.

Background, we both are physicians, and we got married in 2016. She changed her last name and took my last name. I was on J1 visa so I had my waiver (exemptional) approved in Nov 2019. We have a 3y11m daughter and 3 months twins girls. We came from the came country.

Interview.
We arrived around 8 am ( without a lawyer), we were called around 845am. Officer was an obese white man; since he opened the door, started to talk with us, and ask if we have kids, we answer yes and told him about our three daughters. We walked into his office and he never stops talking, after a few minutes he asked what our profession is and he started to talk about medicine, himself, and his family. Honestly was like a stand-up comedy show, like he was waiting to share all his experiences and jokes about medicine. The interview was more about him jejejej. He did not ask for any medical advice by the way.
As mentioned above, I brought all documentation, bills, leasing, health insurance. life insurance, photo album. he did not ask for any of them.

Questions
current address
what is our profession
and a few(2-3) question about no or yes( terrorism, prostitution, etc)
he reviews my medical form( I did not submit it on the initial package). By the way, when I received my medical my copy was not signed or stamped. They signed the original form in front of me but I was not sure if it was stamped. On the day of the interview to be honest I took a look when the officer was reviewing it and I could not see a stamp, I believe that the officer was so entertained talking about himself that he did not notice it.

The interview lasted around 1 hr, at the end he shows us that he stamped the form and approved our case. I was astonished as in my mind I was thinking " What time the real interview is going to start at??). Anyway, like 15 minutes later my I485 case was updated to " case was approved".
I'm not sure how helpful my post will be as my interview was not a " typical interview" experience.

Good luck to all of you. Feel free to ask any question.
