hi everyone, Happy New Year!
I am currently on my Student visa OPT - first year period and working for the State of Tennessee. my current C03B EAD expires on Jan 09 2018.
we filed for my GC by ourselves as lawyers were too expensive, however, I am very stressed out about my EAD.
this is my timeline

10/18/2017 - Documents received. ( I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-693)
11/08/2017 - Fingerprints completed
12/19/2017 - request for expediting (financial lose for myself, and as I work for state also for the public cause the projects I am working on need to go live on Feb 1, 2018)
12/26/2017 - Request completed
12/28/2017 - received the letter stating no action required by me, assigned to an officer for review.
01/03/2018 - no updates, when I called the 2nd level USCIS representative said just be patient.

01/09/2018 my current EAD will expire and I CANNOT afford to lose my job. any suggestions, comments, concerns and please do pray for me.
