Hi,
I have married to LPR. My timeline:
I -130 got approved on August,2019 Which i ahve applied on Feb28,2018
I-485,I-765 receipt date June 27,2029
Biometric Aug 13,2019
It’s been 230 days I don’t see any movement of my case status.
I am F1 on cpt. I wish if I could have at least EAD, but unfortunately nothing has changed so far.
Is there a way I can request to extradite this process other than submitting service request?
I have submitted SR on February 02,2020. I also called USCIS but did not get any possitivie response. Can anyone please adivise me ? What else i can do?
