GC interview
Just finished our interview at the Dallas office, we were scheduled for 10:15am, and went in pretty much on time. We had our attorney with us, but regardless our officer was extremely nice and friendly, made us feel like we are just there to chat with him. Other than the basic yes/no questions on the already submitted forms, he asked how we met, where our first date was, when was the proposal/ wedding, he asked to see our bank statement and other bills we have (electric, wifi), took some pictures from the album I made and that was pretty much it.
He said he will review all the forms one more time and that I should expect my GC in a few weeks. Attorney said it should be even shorter than that.
Overall a very positive relaxed experience. My wait for opt card was excruciating but this went very smoothly.
