GC - interviewed together, processing separately
Dear All,
I am facing a peculiar issue. If anyone has faced similar issues, please help, if you can.
I am in EB1 category: PD 29.JAN.2016. My I140 was approved in Jun '17.
I485s of my spouse, daughter and i were filled on Oct '17. All of us received EADs in Apr '18.
On 23rd April, '18, all of us attended interview together. All went off well and we should have got GC in a couple of week's time. However, I485 was not current. Ot opened fp iin Oct '18.
I received my GC on 17.Oct.18. However, my spouse and daughter did not receive the GCs yet. When we contacted USXIS helpdesk, they said - "all cases are processed independently and my spouse and daughter may get later".
My point is, we should have got GCs together as I am the primary applicant. All folks that i know of, got it together. We have tried Omudsman as well. All are saying, their cases will be picked up as per filing dates and hence, their cases are within normal processing time. I believe, that is not right.
Please help with options.
