Getting betrayed by Lawyer
Guys please help with advise:
I used to live in Minnesota and my wife in Jersey, I found a lawyer in MN last year I paid him $2000 in advance to file for our GC and 200 in monthly payment (for $3000). I moved to jersey with my wife right after we applied, our interview is now scheduled for November 18th. And today our lawyer sent me an email telling me that he won’t come to our interview because of the pandemic which is BS because people travel for work. And he also said that he might not be on the phone during the interview. He already ate my $2000 guys. Please what do I need to do?
