Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys,
I am filing from Houston TX. My PD is 12/27/2018 and my status for just changed to “Interview was Scheduled” on 10/15/2019. Whew, it is faster than I expected but im not complaining haha however i want us to be as prepared as possible so I am humbly asking for any tips/advices/pointers that you guys can give to make sure we don’t miss any important supporting proofs. Thank you so much in advance and below I will list what I already have ready to bring to the interview.
So we already have:
+All of our bills together under our name since January 2019 up till now (electricity bills, bills from our apartment, internet bills)
+We have joint bank account and saving account so I printed out all the statements since January up till now.
+Proof showing that I am his primary benefit for his 401K at work. We just logged into fidelity and printed out the page that shows my full name as his spouse and his primary benefit. Is that enough and appropriate?
+Also we have health, dental, eye insurance together as well through his job and I am the beneficiary but do I just print out our insurance ID cards? Because we have separate ID cards not like one with both our names. Is that ok? I wish they would put both our names on just one card...i need help on this.
+We have ton of pics with our family and also just our own pics when we traveled, hanging out, celebrating our birthdays, christmas, thanksgiving,....
+We filed tax together last year 2018 so I also have a copy of that.

I think that is all of the proof I have for now that I havent submitted already. And of course all the marriage license stuff was submitted when we applied. PLEASE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE THAT YOU THINK WOULD HELP US. Thank you again!
