God help us
Hello all,
We are having some issues. So, long story short- i came to states in September 2015, applied for political asylum before my tourist visa was expired, in march 2018 i have met my current husband, we got married in October 2019, sent documentation in the end of December, because i was on political asylum i have my work permit card and ssn. On June 24, 2019 we got our interview. A week later we received a letter asking for more evidence, but not for our marriage, for my asylum case. We sent response to RFE, and the most interesting part is we got a letter on July 9 after cancellation of our interview when we got it already. Now we are going to one more interview next week. The letter says same stuff as before, like it’s initial interview. By the way we got approval for i-130 and i also received my advanced parole. I am so nervous, don’t wanna make my husband (US citizen) nervous too, someone needs to be calm in the family. May be someone experienced kinda same situation? I worked with a lawyer, i just need some more opinions because i have lost my sleep. I am scared now they could deny my green card. But I don’t see any reason.
Any comments and advises are welcome! Thank you all!
