Hi,im 26 yrs/male.Got 10 yrs mult.visa to U.S.Here is how all happened..(At kyiv,ukraine)

VO-looking through the passport (vo,was young girl),smiles back at me ..,says u have good travelling record..(coz'i have been to U.K.,AUSTRALIA,RUSSIA).
Me-ya,i have passion of travelling.
VO-So,to whom u went in australia.
Me-To my brother ,who is doing Hotel management there.
VO-Nice,have you got 50 additional dollars

VO-Congrats,pls deposit it at counter coz'im issuing you 10 yrs.of visa to U.S.,have a pleasent stay.
Actually ,all wht worked for me was my travelling record..,i think.,but im glad to have got such long visa in such age....LUCKY DAY!
