got 221G-Additional Administrative Processing Reqd!
Hi,
Initially Dec 30th..
Postponed to Jan7th morning anytime in between 7.30 to 10.30 ,It was heavy crowded on the main road means outside the consulate only people are 200+ at morning 7am.
After entering consulate,
My Conversion went like this...
The Lady Consulate age around 30 is in Frustrated mood because before me one couple got rejected as she got some doubts on their marriage as she asked for them
how many people attended for their marriage, they told 15 people,then she is going here and there talking with so many people inside and gave them so many chances to
prove,but unable to convince her. After arguing and discussions she issued 221 g for them asking to bring big list related to Hosipital records,Marriage Photos even though they showed some photos),Project specific details.I thought thank god I am having my project details
Next Mine
I know she is in Mad mood ,trying to bring back to normal
Me : Hi Mam,How are you doing? with smile face.
VO: No smile ,fine
Me: Passed the green folder which was arrange in my previous counter.
VO: Looking and updating some thing in her computer.
VO: Which Project you are going to work in US?
Me : I told our product details and brief description
VO: Do you have project specific details?
Me: Yes ,Passed on the Project schedule ,Market Analysis, Technical Design
VO: This is what your employer Provided?
Me: Yes
VO: Who are the clients for this Product
Me: The Product is in development stage,It should be fully developed and launch into the market to get some clients.
VO: So there are no clients for this product?
Me: Instead of NO,I said we are targetting to some financial clients like FreddieMac,Fanny Mae etc etc.
VO: She issued blue paper within fraction of sec's saying this is the document your employer given to you, and passed my passport and DD back to me.
Me: Yes..I already dissapointed as she issued me 221g(Additional Administrative Processing Reqd) saying I dont have time to go through this 50 pages ,as so many people are waiting,I will get back to you once I go through this docs.
Me: As she already issued 221G so I passed the remaining Use Case docs to her.
VO: she said ok.
Me: If you need I can explain you some more details of the product.
VO: Not required.As I have to go through when I find time
Me: What I have to do Now
VO: You can leave for now,Consulte will get back to you.
But Still dont know what is happening at backend,Please let me know.If any of you faced this issue. What will be the next step etc?
