GOT MY EAD
Went to the post office and fought a couple ladies to finally get my card (USPS obviously messed up the delivery) needless to say this was a horrible process but I'm glad I slipped through the cracks and got mine expedited. Here is a complete timeline:

PD: Jan 25
Contacted Senator: end of Jan
Bio: feb 23
Reply from Senator: can't help: Beg March
1st SR: April 10 (75 days)
2nd SR: April 25(90 days)
Expedite: April 30
Response to expedite, assigned to officer, requesting evidence, response to SR's: April 30
Got letter to send evidence: May 4
Terminated from employment: May 11
Sent 40 pages worth of documentation including separation notice: May 16
Assigned to officer for response, sent reply in mail: May 22
Got a letter saying I'll have a decision soon: May 26
Ordered new card: June 5
Got a letter in the mail with approval notice: June 8
Card picked up by postal service: June 11
Card didn't deliver properly: June 12
Went to USPS office and raised hell AND GOT MY CARD: JUNE 13
