Got visa second time....
Hi,
I am a regular visitor to this website but never got a chance to post anything. My parents come under Chennai jurisdiction but since we did not get a slot there i booked them in Calcutta, but it was unfortunate that in Calcutta they were not given a visa.This was in March05. Seeing posts of Srikar,Manish and immihelp i didnt give up. I tried a slot in Chennai and got one for April'05 and they went. First question asked was
-Why was visa rejected in Calcutta?
-Who is in USA?
-WHat does daughter and son in law do?
-How long do you want to go?
They were granted their visa (dont know for how long).
Friends i think the key to visa is patience,self confidence and faith in yourself.
All the best for others who try the second and third time. Dont give up hope.
