Hello everyone !I have been married for almost a year and I almost have all my paperwork ready for the adjustment of status. I was wondering if I should apply right now or wait until it gets closer to 2 years since marriage to get a 10 year green card right the way?
Also if I apply now and I get only a conditional green card, when am I able to apply for the 10 years? 2 years from the date we got married or 2 years from the day I got my conditional green card? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
