Hello,
Has anyone from NYC did there interview for 1-485- based on Asylum.
Application Filed: 9/06/2018 NSC office.
Case Transfer Brooklyn Office. 2/05/2019
Ready for Interview schedule: 3/11/2019
Interview schedule: 10/11/2019
Interview date: 11/18/2019
On the interview day everything went well it was like we reviewing my application and making updates. She told me that I needed a new Medical due to the new law that past. She told me I have 30 day to bring it on and gave me a RFE which only can be submitted on the last day December 18.
Until now my case saying interview Scheduled and no further update. I call so many times and all I told was to wait nothing can be done.
Still waiting, anyone can share or been through this situation.
