Nov 2020 - Emma chat - friendly agent - said I will get an update by end of Nov 2020 - Turned out to be false.
Sept 2020 - Applied for renewal of EAD/AP and got approved Dec 2020
Dec 2020 & March 2021 - Raised SR got to know case is transfered to another field office.
April 30TH 2021 - Got card produced
May 3rd 2021 - Case approved and notice sent
May 4th 2021- Card mailed
May 6th 2021 - Card in hand
Still waiting for approval notice in mail !
