Hey guys! I have a very important question...
Has anyone who has been paroled, parole in place, or military parole in place been approved for their green card recently ?
My attorney said there’s been talks saying they might not accept those paroles to avoid the whole inadmissible party but not sure if it will apply to military parole in place.
I was DACA married a US citizen that is currently in the Air Force so I qualified to receive military parole in place so I wouldn’t have to leave the US and apply for my green card out of the country. Now I’m worried and my interview is in 2 weeks and I’m afraid.
