I have a question about my I485 application (EB1C Fresno center). My application got approved on July 31 and card was also produced on the same date. My card is pending as of now. I got a job offer and dont want to lose the opportunity. My question is that can my current employer who has sponsored my application, revoke my application in case of my resignation? or they dont have any rights at this stage as the application has already been approved?
I know that I should wait for GC delivery but just want to know my rights.
