Hi All,
I went for H1b visa stamping on 28th Oct,2009 at Hyd. The VO given me the 22(g) . In that form she ticked on 1) Acopy of the petion with all supporting docs
2) Acopy of the employment contract or letter of agreement signed by you and petitioner.
etc...
and in the form "Please submit copies of or original documents as indicated aboce along with new DS-156" . All documents may be submitted to VFS to be forwarded to the Consulate Feneral.
My questions are:
1) What is the next process(do I need to submit the docs at VFS or do I need to atted the interview again?)
2) Do I need to submit my passport also.
3) How long it will take to get my visa?
4) Chances of getting visa.
