Hi all,
I had my H1B stamping in chennai, Its my 3rd H1 Extension( allready completed 5 yrs of my H1 in US ).
My Employer is a Employer- Vendor - Client Model.
I had both Client letter and Vendor Letter.
Following are the questions asked by the VO:
1.Is this your second visa from the same employer?
2. Show me your last 2 yrs W2?
3. Are you working at the End Client?
4. Whats the work location?
5. Who is you Manager at your company?
6. How does he monitor your work?
7. How does he assign you day today activities?
8. How does he do you performance review?
221g is issued for me and additional documents regarding the Contract bet'n the Employer(petitioner) and the EndClient has be asked.
If you are in a EVC model. Lot of review is being done.. All the best guys..
