Dear sir,
I appeared for interview after getting my H1-B approval at Chennai and I was asked to bring W2 Form,
List of all other Employees of Company with Date of joining, Company's Annual Return, Sales and
Tax paid for the last finanacial year.
I again appeared for interview after one month having all the desired documents. The councellor took all
the photocopies of my and company's documents and told me to wait for approval becuase Embassy requires
further time to varify the documents and for administration processing.
Please guide me how much time they will take to varify and to do all further processing. In this period
what they varify and how they varify the things and what is there administration processing. Are they
positive in my case or not or they want to keep my case pending. Please suggest what I should do.
Now 15 days have gone and I have not received any reply from Embassy.
