Date 28-05-2012

1) Reach atleast 30 minutes earlier than your interview timing.
2) Do not forget to take 50 mm X 50 mm photograph of yours (Recent) otherwise you're interview will get delayed.
3) carry cash atleast Rs 200-300/-
4)Be calm
5)Indians will be rude and Americans will be very helpful and humble (As I noticed). do not get in any unusual discussion and do as directed.

Now this will happen inside consulate , your documents will be checked by security gaurd on enterance try not to carry and sealed envelop , carry your interview invitaion atleast two copies of it.
after that you will be asked to sit in a hallway you have to wait for your token number where some on contract Indian official will put sticker with serial number on it , on your passport and will bundle it , next your finger prints will be taken, you will be directed to another building here again you will wait for your token number.

be calm and pleasent do not get nervous or fumble or annoyed or lose heart because you see somebody is getting rejected , do not lie speak the fact and the truth ..

now to me VO asked on three questions

VO : your client name ?
Me: such and such is my client and they are known for their such and such product

VO: Your salary in US?
Me: X $ per annum & X/12 $ per month

VO: What are you going to do there?
Me:Explained about my work in project.

VO. Please read this booklet it is about you rights in US and some importent contact numbers
Me: Sure thanks!

VO: your Visa is been approved , you'll get your passport in 4 to 5 days at the given address.
Me: thanks Mam!


Came out : Autorikshaw drivers will read your mood and will ask you to pay him more for sweets , I've paid Rs250/- instead of Rs60/- so try to avoid taking Rickshaws from just outside walk and little and then take a ride ..
