Hi,
I got H1 B papers from US in the month of Sep-2006.
In that papers i got some mistakes.Like .....
Date of birth and PP no's are mistakes.
My consultent re-applied for correction to USCIS(INS).Immidiately
My qns are :
Q1.When can i expect the papers from INS(USCIS)?
Q2.How much time that INS took for those corrections?
Q3.How long can i wait for new Papers?
Q4.Is there any altenative for attending consulate?
I hope that i may get ans to above qns
