Thank u for posting ur experiences/questions here. I was able to prepare well.
Had my OFC scheduled on 5th and Interview on 6th at chennai.
Dec 5th : OFC
Not sure why people were waiting in OFC queue very much earlier than their appointment. I had my appointment at 1:30PM and went there by 1 and found people who have interviews at 3PM are waiting and the queue was pretty long. The security guys will allow according to the appointment time only. After waiting in queue for sometime and skipped the queue and asked the security , he let me in. Done the process in 30 mins. I think they should move the OFC to a less VVIP area. No Parking rules along an entire stretch , got my car locked by the cops. Make sure to park your cars on the left side (The stretch before the OFC). If not take a driver with you.
Dec 6th : Consulate
Important date so Security all over . Even in the flyover. Not much queue. Dint carry anything other than the required documents. Zipped in and out in just 40 mins. No hiccups than a few impatient people.
