Me: Answered the question as per my visa status. (I already had a work visa and this is my second visa)

VO: What is your total salary?
Me: YYYY USD per annum. She verified with LCA
VO: Do you work for Client or Inhouse project?
Me: I am full time employee working on In-house projects
She didnt ask any project documentation as mine is a good company
VO: what is your highest degree
Me: YYYY qualification
She verified if I129, LCA and letter to USCIS all have the same information and they are consistent.
VO: Your Visa is approved. You have a safe trip.
Me: Thanks..You have a nice day

Guys remember, this is my suggestion. I see people wearing Jeans and coming for interview. Please wear formals and tie would be great. The lady VO was smiling and she was polite to me , I would suggest you to always smile, make eye contact and answer the questions honestly. Also I carried all the docs requested in the website (even more than they asked). Please make sure you provide the docs as requested without making any mess. I saw people not carrying docs and getting 221G's also some of them do carry docs and are not organized. Please avoid this. I believe if we do the above process correctly 90% of our job is done and the 10% depends on your employment history and the kind of company your work for. Please make sure you read your I129, LCA and letter to USCIS perfectly before attending the interview as the questions VO will ask are primarily based on these docs and they will verify your answers with the docs.
