Hi Friends,
I applied for H1B this year, My petition got approved and the petition is valid from Oct2014 to Sep2015 even the client latter in the petition show project duration till Dec2017.
I got the visa stamped and the visa have below details :
Expiration date: sep2015
PED : sep2015
Now have below query’s :
1. At present Visa is approved for 1 year, at the max how many more year I can apply for extension.
2. Is this normal to get PED and Expiration date for only one year.
Please tell me should I worry?
