Hi All,

wanted to say thanks to this forum since the inputs here were very helpful and provided a lot of confidence. here is my experience -

Day 1 - Fingerprinting and photo. Reaching half an hour earlier than the scheduled time is enough. otherwise you will be waiting unnnecessarily outside.very easy process. just a minutes deal.

Day 2 - try to reach 45 mins earlier than the scheduled time. it helps. be patient. security checks will take some time. one more improtant thing - you can keep passport, DS160, application invitation handy. maybe in one folder. second folder can have I797 and rest of docs.
1. once you move in after security checks, they will give you a token number. it will be with you till the end of the process.
2. once your token number appears (in 5-10 minutes), you have to go to a window and give passport, ds 160 and I797. they will verify and bundle it.
3. then you have to go to counter 6 or 12 where they will verify your fingerprints. (another 10-15 minutes)
4. then they will ask you to move to the other building. you have ot wait there for another 10 -15 minutes before your number appears on one of the coutner.
5. VO are very nice people. they smile at you and greet you. you shall also do the same.
6. my interivew lasted for 15 seconds. this is what was asked -

a. Hello Sir..good morning
b. which client
c. which city
d. what will be your role at onsite
e. how much are they paying you
f. thanks..i am approving your visa. you will get your passport within a week.

so be calm, be confident and keep the documents handy. thats it :)......good luck..
