Immihelp was very helpful in preparing for the visa interview.
I had my OFC on 20th Nov and Visa interview on 21st Nov. My interview went longer than expected. Apart the commonly asked questions, questions were asked on team structure and reporting structure. Questions were also asked on my L1B which was rejected this Mar. Finally the VO told that my Visa is approved. Collected my passport with the visa stamp from the VFS center in Bangalore on 28th.
My advice would be
1. Be confident - Maintain eye contact and have a smile.
2. Be thorough with your documentation.
