Here goes my experience
I attended the interview on 18/Feb/2015
I was asked the below questions
1)Who is your employer? and how much you will be paid?
A) YYYY X Inc, xxxxx dollars
2)Role in the New organisation?
A) YYYY
3)Where are you working currently?
A) YYYY X
4)Do you have client? which location?
A) I said no. It is an in-house project and employee location
5)Do you have project description document?
A) I passed it on
6) Is this all you have?
A) yes
7)What documents you have with you?
A)I gave I797,I129,LCA,Petetion letter,Tax documents from employer and all the educational documents
VO told me to wait in the lobby.After 30 Mins i was called by Indian VO and asked to attend the Interview again in the same counter i had before.
some one is already there with VO. And its my turn now. VO called me and asked to collect all the documents that i gave before and finally the golden words "your visa is approved"
No more questions in the second round.
My observation:
If you have all the documents then its a cakewalk.
I have seen one guy where VO did not ask him a single question .Just took the passport ,I 797 and said visa is approved
