I have been following this forum since many months before my turn to attend VISA interview has come. This forum helped me a lot. And now its my turn to share my experience.

Following are the questions asked:

VO: Good Morning!
ME:Good Morning!
VO: Asked for passport.
ME: Handed over the passport.
VO:Who is the employer?
ME:Answered.
VO:How did you know the employer.
ME:Answered
VO:How much is your salary?
ME:Answered
VO:Which location you are travelling?
Me: Answered
VO:Who is the client?
ME: I said its inhouse project.
VO:Do you have project documentation.
ME:Provided
VO:Can I see offer letter?
ME:Provided.
VO:Asked for I129,I797
ME:Provided.
VO: Handed over the rights pamplet and said welcome to United States.

Very Important things for H1b interview:

1. Documentation from employer is very crucial.If you have every document perfectly with out any miss then you are sure to get stamped.
2.Dress neat formals(Suit,tie not necessary).
3. Answer to the point in short.(Don't elaborate and explain unnecesarly which leads to more questions and confusion to VO)
4.Answer confidently with little smile and dont panic.
5. It is always better to prepare for all possible questions by reading employer documents one day before.
