H1B, H4 Visa

My interview was on dec 7th at 9am,there was a heavy rain previous day.So i planned to go by call taxi to reach the consulate in time.

At VFS ,they said my photo is same as the one which i got in L1B visa,but i showed her the new hard copy photo to convince them that this is the new one.then

she pinned the new photo with the interview letter.

VO:no reply


me:good morning(told again)
VO:good morning


Vo:She ask to keep the middle finger in the scanner
Vo:Why are u going to US?
me:explained that i will be working in $$$$ project

VO:what is your highest degree?
Me:Bachelor of electronics and communication

VO:How long ur working with ur company?
Me:xx.xx months

Vo:Have you been to US before and how long?
me:I have been there for xx months

Vo:Who is you client and end client?
Me:i told my client is xx company and i work for ABC company.(this is treaky question,since ur vendor may outsource to someother vendor,and they may ask us

to work in client place,in my case client and end client are same)

VO:where you will be working
me:i will be working in client location

VO:they have not mentioned any where that you will be working at client location
Me:I have the client letter,which says i will be working in xx location,and i showed the client letter
(although the address mentioned in the H1 petition doc is client location,they haven't mention the client name in the doc,however the client letter has the client name with my name mentioned which was the crucial to clear the interview)

VO:so you are going to work in a new project?
Me:Yes

VO:your visa is approved and u will recieve ur PP in a week.


Note:If your degree is other than Electronics,electrical and computer science ,the possiblity of rejection is more.
