Hi All,
I am on my 8th year of H1B with approved I140. I have always worked with big employers and currently in the CTH position with a very small Vendor (2-3 employees). I am in the need of traveling to India in another 10 days and I would need to go for a visa stamping. I am not eligible for dropbox and will have to go for personal interview (as my employer changed as well my visa stamped in my passport is more than a year old). I have all the relevant documents inclusive of Client letter with me. Am I going to be at risk by traveling to India at this time? My consulate is Kolkata. Appreciate your help.
