H1B, H4 Visa

First of all Thank u very much to all for posting their experoences, i got confidence after going through this site only.

my time was 8.15 am on 10th march but they allowed me inside at 8 am only and came out at 9 am. my actual interview was around 20 mins.

The interview was looking a bit serious and strict. i had a chance to go to some other counter but i dont know y i opted that only. it happend suddenly may be thats my luck.

The interview went like this.....

VO : He called me to the counter
ME : good morning sir
VO : No reply, asked me the folder
ME : Given blue folder
VO : r u a MCA holder
Me : Yes i have done MCA
VO : whcih class did u get Second or First
Me : First Class
VO : How do come to know abt this job ?
Me : I posted my resume in dice.com,so that i got a call from ZZZ.
VO : How big the company is?
ME : right now it is having 50 full time employees
VO : how do u know it is having 50 employees?
Me : My employer provided me all the employees list with their designations( i felt he didnt satisfied with that answer by seeing his face expression)
VO : Can i see the employees list
ME : given
VO : Can i see Tax returns of the company?
Me : Given
VO : Can i see the Unemployement wage reports?
ME : given all 4 quartes list (given all wage reports, its a very big bundle)
VO : for which project r u going to work?
ME : i will be working for ther internal project( i wanted to continue to say something more but suddenly stopped me)
VO : ok internal project..., give me the description
ME : when i am giving that description i told him that i will be working for this project for few months, later based on my performance i will be placed for a perticular client.
VO : ok, he has given back tax returns and project description.
VO : r u working for the YYY company?
ME : s, i am working for YYY.
VO : He started cross cheking employee list with the unemployement wage report. he was picking randomly one page from unemployment wage report and checking. he did like that for around 5 mins.
VO : Asked me all the docs again (Tax & Project description)....typing something seriously.
VO : started giving back all the docs. given all except Passport and DS forms.
ME : then he has given one card and told me that "your emploer has to pay even if u r on bench, if not contact this number"
ME : sure
VO : ok
ME : thank u very much

the next day i collected my passport with H1B stamping from VFS office.

Be confidentttt...then visa is urs :-)
