H1B got approved @ Chennai
I got my H1B approved at Chennai on 19th Jan. Questions were simple and straight. Whole process took around 70 mins as it was bit crowded today.
Below are the questions which were asked from me during the interview:
1. Which company do you work for?
2. Where are you going?
3. Who is your client?
Since I had Business visa also, I was asked questions based on that as well.
4. How long did you stay on B-visa?
5. What was purpose of your travel?
6. Did you do productive work on B-1?
7. Have you read this white pamplet (one which explains about rights in US)?
Just make sure that if you have travelled on B1 before, please don't mention that you did some work there. Working is illegal while you are on H1.
