VO: one sec, pls (she was searching sth at her screen)
Me: Sure
VO: Ok, got it. Your documents please
(handed over my documents)
VO: Is it your first H1B?
Me: No, and explained abt the previous H1B
VO: (she looked at my L1B stamping) Do you still work for aaa company (L1B employer)?
Me: Yes
VO: How did you find your H1B employer?
Me: blah blah
VO: What kind of projects they do?
Me: (answered, but she was not listening to me, was reading and typing something)
VO: What is your role and responsibilities?
Me: (answered, but she was not listening to me, was reading and typing something)
VO: Is it a in-house or client site project?
Me: in-house
VO: what is your highest qualification?
Me: (Said)
VO: What is your US salary?
Me : XK USD per annum
VO: Where are you going live in US?
Me: ZZZ
VO: Ok but your document say it is YYY
Me: YYY is my additional work place maam, YYYY is the primary work location.
(My employer has mentioned both the work locations but she did not notice it I think, she again started reading the LCA. No response from her for 10secs, I thought she is going to give me a slip)
VO: Oh yeah, it is mentioned, thanks.
VO: So you are going to do some kind of computer programming?
Me: Yes Maam.
VO: Did you read the Pamphlet?
Me: Yes Maam
VO: (explained me about what is that pamphlet is for, then returned my petition documents)
VO: One sec please
(Looks like she entered something and was waiting for something to come out on her screen)
VO: Ok, your visa is issued and you will get your passport in a week time.
Me: Thank you maam, have a nice day.

All the VOs I have seen so far, speaks politely unless you give them some stupid answers.

Be prepared for the standard questions and be confident while answering.
