I would like to thanks immihelp and all those who have shared their experiences here.
My husband had his H1B interview on 16th & 17th Oct and following is our experience:
Day 1: Finger Printing and photograph
Day 2: Actual Interview. The VO just asked us 4 questions:
Qs to hubby:
1. Who is your employer ?
2. Who is the client?
Qs to me:
1. When did you get married?
2. Then he said "Oh! so its a recent marriage? Is it a happy marriage?".
And our visas got approved. No questions on hubby's L1 rejection.
