H1B - H4 Dropbox Appointment - Question
Hello,
Back in April 2021 I scheduled a visa appointment at New Delhi for my H1B and my spouse's H4 visa renewal via drop box (both were eligible). The drop box is scheduled for July 2nd week at New Delhi. My spouse and kids travelled to India in May and my plan was to join them in July.
Unfortunately due to the travel ban I am finding it hard to convince my employer to go to India for my H1B drop box.
Is it possible for my spouse to attend the drop box appointment alone without me ? Or should we schedule another separate H4 drop box with a new bank receipt ? My spouse has all relevant I-797A copies from my H1B renewal.
Please advise.
